MONDAYS

Sag Harbor


East Hampton

8:00 am


8:45 am

Long Beach, park in middle of beach near bathrooms and large rock.
Walk: 1-2 miles, great for beginners!

YMCA East Hampton RECenter, meet outside near entrance.
Run: 4 miles, to the beach and back.


TUESDAYS

Sag Harbor 10:00 am John Jermain Memorial Library at 34 W. Water Street, park on Water Street or just past Library near The Beacon restaurant.
Walk: 2 miles

WEDNESDAYS

Southampton 4:00 pm Parrish Memorial Hall, (Herrick Road, near Southampton Hospital).
Walk: 1-2 miles, great for beginners!

THURSDAYS

East Hampton 10:00 am YMCA East Hampton RECenter, meet outside near entrance.
Walk: 4 miles, to the beach and back.
