In a medium sized pot over medium heat combine the oats, apple, chia seeds, applesauce, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Whisk well.

  • 1 TBSP Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1-1/4 Cup Almond milk
