  • 3/4 Cup unsweetened plant-based milk (i.e. almond, soy, hemp, or cashew milk)
  • 1-2 TBSP maple syrup (depending on preference)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Up to 1 Cup dried blueberries, goji berries, or raisins (or a combination)
