Cut off the outer leaves of cauliflower and discard. Rinse off well, scraping off any brown spots and cut into small florets.

Rub 1 TB spice all over cauliflower. It will stick well with the excess water from rinsing. Use more or less rub depending on how spicy you like it. Spread on roasting pan and put in oven for 15-20 mins, no oil needed.
