If not using high speed blender, soak cashews overnight. For a quick-soak method, pour boiling water over cashews and allow to soak for 15 minutes, then drain.

  • 1 TBSP nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp chickpea miso, or any light miso
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar, or any neutral-flavored vinegar
