Mixed Nuts with Rosemary

Easy to make. Keep on hand for a quick snack.

  • 2 TBSPS Earth Balance margarine or butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Scant 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • 3-4 cups mixed raw nuts (such as pecans, cashews, macadamia, almonds)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or foil.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the margarine with rosemary, salt, and cayenne pepper. Pour the mixture over the nuts and toss to coat.

Bake on the prepared baking sheet for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
