Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Raw cashews, soaked at least 4 hours
  • 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 Small shallots, chopped
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
  • 2 tsps Nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt

Mix everything together in food processor or Vitamix. Add water to thin to desired consistency.
