Ingredients
- 2 Cups Raw cashews, soaked at least 4 hours
- 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Small shallots, chopped
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
- 2 tsps Nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
Step 1
Mix everything together in food processor or Vitamix. Add water to thin to desired consistency.
