Mixed Nuts with Rosemary

Ingredients
- 2 TBSPS Earth Balance margarine or butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Scant 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 3-4 cups mixed raw nuts (such as pecans, cashews, macadamia, almonds)
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or foil.
Step 2
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the margarine with rosemary, salt, and cayenne pepper. Pour the mixture over the nuts and toss to coat.
Step 3
Bake on the prepared baking sheet for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
