Wellness Warrior Smoothie
This smoothie is a great way to start your day and also makes a great afternoon energy booster! It is loaded with fiber and micronutrients and packed with immune boosting goodness.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups water
- 2 big handfuls of your favorite leafy greens
- 1/2 small zucchini
- 1 Cup frozen broccoli or cauliflower
- 1 Cup of your favorite frozen berries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- optional: 2 TBSPS of your favorite plant protein powder
Step 1
If you have a high-powered blender, like a Vitamix, you can toss everything in at once and blend. If you are using a regular blender, add the water, flax seeds, zucchini and greens and blend before adding the frozen fruits and veggies a little at a time until smooth. Add more water as needed.
